How can I enable data caching with Grafana?

Hello community,
I am using PostgreSQL 9.3 and Grafana 8.1.6 (open source version).
How can I enable caching data?
According to the Query caching | Grafana documentation , I am supposed to see a ‘Cache’ tab at the data source menu in Grafana but I don’t see the cache tab. I only see the ‘Setting’ tab.
How can I access the ‘Cache’ tab?
Should I use a different version or set something up in PostgreSQL?

I believe it’s a Grafana Enterprise feature.
