Hiding time picker also hides Refresh button

Grafana version: Grafana v12.2.0
Operating System: Microsoft **Windows 11 Pro

When I hide the time picker (via dashboard settings → uncheck “Show time picker”), Grafana also hides the refresh button, since it’s part of the same top bar component.

But I need a refresh button for my dashboard. How can I do that?

Can someone help me with this? Is there any other way around to do?

What is your refresh interval?

Also if no datetimepicker maybe by design no need for refresh maybe a feature request or do browser F5?
