Graph is not showing values above 100%

My timeseries graph is capped at 100%, but I have values that are higher than 100%. I want to increase the cap to 400%. I have tried changing the soft max cap but to no avail. I updated grafana to 10.4.2 but I still have the same problem.

Please provide reproducible example. There is not only soft min/max config:

Neither one of those are working either. I get values well above 150% but changing either soft max/min or these ones do not change anything

Pls note dots:

Those dots mean that you have overriding(s), where you are overriding those values:

iā€™m having similar issue where Time series graph only shows up to 100%. Sometime the values could be 200% or even more. I can see the dots next to Unit/Min/Max under Standard options. However, when trying to go to Overrides tab, i dont see any field override. Could you please advise what else I can check ? or is this a bug ? Mine is on v9.5.2
