Is there any possibility in grafana to show value on top of datapoint in graph without moving cursor to there.

You can select to display the legend with Max values. You find the options under the Legend tab.

Besides that there’s no other support.
If you find this feature really helpful I would suggest you to create a feature request issue. Please make sure that there aren’t any open/closed issue already targeting this feature.
If lots of people upvotes the issue with a thumbs up emoji as reaction to the issue description we’ll consider implementing/merging a contribution.
