Grafana cloud and InfluxDB 2 cloud - cannot connect

Hi

I’m using Grafana/influxdb since years on a raspberry pi environment. Making use of the cloud solutions I wanted to migrate on Grafana cloud / INfluxDB cloud.

When using the new datasource approach I filled in all fields following the various tutorial and hints but when designing a first dashboard the error message tells me that Grafana cannot find the database (=bucket). Is there anywhere a solution to that or anybody that made the same experience?

I am having the same issue. I dont know how to use flux, so want to stick with InfluxQL, but then it asks for a database rather than a bucket… I can get it to work fine if I use the Flux option, but the way of setting up dashboards is too difficult under Flux.
