Format String Transformation not visible

My organization is using Grafana Enterprise version 11.1.3

Under the Transform tab I am not able to see the “Format String” transformation. Is this expected?

Always check doc for your version:

Note: Enable the formatString feature toggle in Grafana to use this feature.

It is expected if you didn’t enable the feature formatString.
It is not expected if you enabled the feature formatString.
