Format metric with date and time

Hi,

I wonder how to format a metric (in this case the uptime of a server) using date and time format according to this image here:

I just started with Grafana and I’m already running a dashboard that is already showing some metrics (SNMP data) of my Synology NAS. However, so far I did not manage to format certain values like the one above.

I’ve used days as format and it currently shows “13 weeks”. I would prefer “99 days, 1:50h”.
