Is there a specific place that we could make feature requests? If this is the best place, then I have two requests. The first is the ability to rename a dashboard and the second is the ability to save and move dashboards into folders. I’m starting to have a large number of dashboards and any way that I can manage them would be a big help.

This community site is targeted for questions/help. For feature requests you’ll find existing issues and create new issues at Grafana GitHub repository.
Regarding your feature resuests. There’s already support for renaming dashboards since very old version of Grafana. In the new Grafana v5.0 we’re supporting saving and move dashboards to folders. We just released the beta 1 of Grafana, please refer to http://docs.grafana.org/guides/whats-new-in-v5/.
