Endpoint datasource in grafana

Hi,

My Data is coming to an endpoint, i want to point that endpoint to grafana to read data in grafana UI.
Is there any datasource to read data from endpoint.
Or is there any option to call endpoint in grafana UI to read data.

Sounds like SimpleJSON data source plugin will be suitable.
