Edit timestamp panel from a variable

Hello ,

I dont know if there are plugins or tips that help oto change the timestamp panel dynamicaly.
Ex: a drop with 3 values: Group A, Group B, Group C. if the user select group A, date should be last 30min, if Group B , date should be Yesterday etc…
