Grafana Cloud → Open a Support Ticket
A few things to include in the ticket:
- are you an admin or editor in your Grafana Cloud instance?
- Are you able click on the bell icon (Alerting) and do anything (list/create/edit)
I get that fixed, forgot to post the detail on this post, the thing is my synthetic monitoring is running on my local machine, and I forgot to enable alertings on my grafana cloud instance, after that enabled, everything works fine now
