Hello
I have been using Grafana Cloud’s Synthetic Monitoring to monitor the uptime of critical services & websites; but I’m facing an issue where alerts aren’t being triggered when synthetic checks report downtime.
I have configured multiple HTTP checks at different intervals, but despite downtime occurring on the target service; no alerts are sent out.
The issue seems to occur intermittently; as some checks do trigger alerts, but others do not, even though the status is marked as “critical” in the Grafana Cloud dashboard. I have double-checked the alert rules, notification channels, and the overall setup, but still cannot pinpoint the cause. Has anyone else experienced this, or are there any specific configurations I may have missed?
Given the importance of real-time monitoring and alerting, this issue is starting to hinder our ability to react promptly to service disruptions. It would be great to get some insight or guidance on how to resolve this issue so that alerts are consistently triggered when necessary. Any troubleshooting tips or advice from others who’ve faced similar challenges would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you !
