DatasourceNoData Alert Keeps Sending Notifications to Telegram in Grafana

After upgrading Grafana to v11.6.0, the DatasourceNoData alert keeps sending notifications to the Telegram group continuously. I have changed the “Alert state if no data or all values are null” setting to Normal, but the alerts are still being sent.

I added alertname=DatasourceNoData in Silences, but it did not stop the alerts.

The alerts do not appear in the Firing alerts section of the UI.

Rolling back to v11.5.3 did not resolve the issue.

This issue was not present in earlier versions.

I deleted alert rules that triggers nodata alerts but I am still getting nodata alerts, can it be releated with notification policy ?

I dont know why but after upgrade the grafana release, telegram notification groups started to send a nodata alerts, I created silences, removed alert rules and also stopped grafana completely but I was still getting same nodata messages from telegram. I think some think broke the telegram webhook or my bots are hacked. But after that I revoked my telegram bots API tokens problem solved.
