Dashboard imported from template is not editible?

• What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
  Grafana version: 10.2.3, System version: Centos 7.

• What are you trying to achieve?
  I imported a template from the grafana dashboard website, but I cannot edit the dashboard.
  As you can see there’s no “Edit” button.
