Cross-Organisational viewer rights

Hi,

I have a case where every team (about 20 teams/orgs) in my company has a different organisation and they are admins inside of it - everything works good, but from time to time there is need to share the dashboard or show some graph to other people, and then it becomes a hassle to share it. Users are authenticating with LDAP.
Here is my question I have the Main Org. as a shared common organisation between everyone but I would want to give everyone access to every organisation in a “viewer” role and that they’d be still Admins in their own orgs.

You can have this but it requires manually adding everyone to main org with viewer rights

Currently everyone is with a viewer role in main org, but can’t see inside Org 3,4,5,6… etc.
