Is there a way to change the color of the text and labels displayed on the dashboard? I’m not talking about the panels with Text Visualizations with Markdown/HTML content. I’m trying to edit the style/color of the text displayed on labels on the axes.

Regarding your question, it is unfortunately not possible to customize style or color of the text displayed on labels and axes. However, if you think this would be useful for you and other users, you can always create an Enhancement request at github.
