Change colour of one of Stat panel's values?

Hi,

I’ve got a Stat panel with two metrics - Water and Air (monitoring pool temperatures).

Is it possible to change the colours of the displayed values? Ideally each of them to have a different colour?

I think you would have to split it out to 2 stat panels with one metric on each, then within the field options you can specify thresholds for each panel to colour the background or text however you want.
