Business Table visualization setting color for specific columns

• What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
  Grafana v11.2.1 (086b47f098)

• What are you trying to achieve?
  Add some style/color to business table visualization

• How are you trying to achieve it?
  I want to set the GREEN color to Result column where text is Pass and RED color to Result column where text is Fail

I have tried to achieve this by using Value mappings:

• What happened?
  Color did not change

• What did you expect to happen?
  Change the color of the Result column based on text

Perhaps someone could share some insights on how this can be achieved? Thanks in advance
