Auto-refresh setting in grafana.ini and dashboard settings do not work as expected

Hello,
I want to update my custom dashboard every second with this release 8.4.4
( FROM grafana/grafana:8.4.4 Dockerfile )

I have add this env value GF_DASHBOARDS_MIN_REFRESH_INTERVAL=1s and set min_refresh_interval = 1s in grafana.ini

this settings seems to have no actual impact. can you help me ?
However, I have 1s,2s,5s,10s,30s,1m,5m,15m,30m,1h,2h,1d in the Auto-refresh dashboard
