Alerts support for data source type: grafana-azure-monitor-datasource

Hello,

Currently I am using Grafana v5.2.4 and I can successfully install the azure-monitor datasource and create a graph for application insights. But I am facing a problem with alert config for the same .

Currently Azure monitor data source does not suppor templating but it is something we want to add in the future (but might not happen for a few months)
