I created an Alert that should be sending notifications via Telegram.
Test messages are sent successfully when testing from the Notification Channel page.
However, rules don’t seem to trigger state changes when trying to send alerts attached to dashboards.
See from below image that the rule is firing, but data remains null.
Also note from State History, that no state changes are ever recorded.
Even though alerts are triggered / rules are fired, no state changes take place, and no messages are sent.
What could be the cause?
