Installed OSS edition, but it will not allow log in. Account validated.
Will not send reset password back to email.
How do I proceed?

Go into your bin folder and use grafana.exe to change password. Not sure what version of grafana you have and what OS it is installed on.
Also for the email part it depends if you have configured email
The issue is grafana.exe will not allow login at all.
Requesting a PW reset, doesn’t generate anything from Grafana.com.
Its a fresh install on Windows (yesterday).
Is there an editable file that contains a user and PW set somewhere local?

Did you try this (run cmd with admin rights, navigate to c:\Program Files\GrafanaLabs\grafana\bin\):
grafana-cli admin reset-admin-password "your new admin password"
?
if you installed grafana OSS, it would be disconnected from grafana.com so you cannot request a password reset from grafana.
so did you create an account on a local install of grafana? or did you create an account on grafana.com?
