Access the reports menu

despite reading the documentation, I can’t find how to activate the reports.

I’m on Grafana Enterprise V10.2.3 and here’s the RBAC configuration

However, I can’t find the “reports” menu in the dashboard menu.

I think I’m missing something.

No, it’s local, but I don’t have a license

I installed Grafana Image Renderer and configured the smtp part in the settings.

But the “Reporting” menu still doesn’t appear in “dashboard”.

Yes, no license = no enterprise features (and reporting is one enterprise feature) = more/less OSS version.
