Trying to import a dashboard that references library panels like this one: EVCC: Today | Grafana Labs
- How are you trying to achieve it?
Tried the following methods:
- Import dashboard through Grafana.com
- Upload dashboard from file system
- Export dashboard from a migrated 12.4.0 system and import again using Classic or V1 resource.
Neither of these methods works. What worked was:

Export as V2 resource - which however eliminates all library panel and I end up with the message “The Dynamic Dashboard feature is temporarily disabled”. See New warning about dynamic dashboards being unavailable

After import all library panels are broken:

However library panels can be seen in the list.

Proper import of dashboard with library panels like it did work with Grafana 12.3.x and earlier
- Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
