Zabbix datasource cannot success connect to grafana

I want to install zabbix plugin for grafana in offline mode so at the first step I have downloaded
alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app file and copy this folder in /var/lib/grafana/plugins
now I could enable zabbix plugin in grafana but after add datasource due save it shows error :
