Why am I getting Plugin health check failed when trying to connect to Jira?

Hi All

So I am at grafana.net in connections/datasources creating a Jira type datasource.
For the connection I have Provider set to Jira Cloud (I have also tried Jira Data Center / Jira Server to the same result)

The URL is like: https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/

For autherntication Iam using the email I use to log into Jira and a nice new, shiny API Token I have created today.

When I clickSave & test I get this

I also appear to have the latest version of the plugin installed

Any ideas please

Hi @kevmartin - i’d suggest raising a support ticket. They’ll then be able to dig into details for your account and inspect the server logs for more info.

Are you running Free/Pro/Advanced?
