Web access for grafana interface

Hi,
I changed the network of my servers, I have graylog and Grafana installed on the same server (Os: centos7), the problem that after the modifications at the network level, I did not access the web interface of grafana, however I can access the web interface of graylog, I restart the grafana server service and I check his status ( active).
