Yeah, that was an issue that we waited 7 years for 
it’s possible now with Grafana 11 with Scenes enabled. I know that up to Grafana 11.1 they are not enabled by default (you can use dashboardScenes toggle I think), I think they are enabled by default in 11.3 but I’m not sure
