View panel with variable(s) want to view graph, without scrolling down

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    Grafana v10.4.2 (701c851be7) on windows 11 Pro using Chrome as browser

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    When I go to view panel in dashboard I want to get full view of the graph and the variables.

  • What happened?
    When I go a dashboard go to view panel. The graph is not fully shown because there are variables visible. I need to scroll down for the full view of the graph, but then the variables are not fully visible anymore. When the graph is a geomap and mouse wheel zoom is enabled it’s also hard to scroll down, because you zoom in the map instead of scroll in the webpage. I added two screenshots to illustrate the problem.

Yeah, that was an issue that we waited 7 years for :smile: it’s possible now with Grafana 11 with Scenes enabled. I know that up to Grafana 11.1 they are not enabled by default (you can use dashboardScenes toggle I think), I think they are enabled by default in 11.3 but I’m not sure
