We do not have any servers or resources in our Azure environment, we only use the AD and M365.
we would like to display our user statistics in Grafana.
Something like Registered Users, Online Users, Guests, Create Teams etc.
Is this also possible via Azure Monitor resp. Log Analytics?

Perhaps using Azure Monitor, structuring the information on the Azure side and then consuming it through Grafana.
Azure Datasource supports Azure Monitor Metrics, Azure Monitor Logs, Azure Resource Graph, and Azure Monitor Application Insights.
