I’m running into an error when a new Okta user attempts to login to Grafana. The error states that the user does not exist.
While this is true in the Grafana database, the user does exist in Okta, which is the IdP I’m using. I attempted to login with my own Okta account with the same username as one previously setup in Grafana and that one does work. So I do know for a fact that Okta is working.
Has anyone seen an issue similar to this. I’m currently running Grafana v6.3.2.
