Updating grafana docker looses all settings

Hi,
I am running grafana 7.3.7 in a docker on my Synology NAS. As I endountered some isues I would like to update the docker image.
Unfortunately the new docker image is a blank one (admin:admin / no dashboards) although I copied all the docker settings:

As soon as I activate the old image it is still there.

What am I possibly doing wrong?

Please see this community post where users have shared a v.good detail as how to update/upgrade Grafana without losing the data.

I see there is also one for docker as well. Please try it out and post your outcomes there as the community users might be able to help you out further.
