Unable to use ascii symbols in dashboard panel

Hi Community,

I am trying to use ASCII symbols in value mapping fields with Range option but the Ascii code is not converting into symbol after updating value mapping. So, can any one suggest how to get ASCII symbol instead of code in value mapping.

Below is reference snippet.

Note: I have tried all codes for symbol but no luck.

Is it possible to append arrows with value? if yes, could you please guide me.

I want to see panel as below
1900 :arrow_down:
2500 :arrow_up:
