Time zone is confusing

• What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
  I am on Windows 10 and Grafana v8.1.5 (c725a4259a)

• What are you trying to achieve?
  Show data from an other time zone and a static sql query that shows in a table when it was the latest value for each measurement

• How are you trying to achieve it?
  I am at Greece (+03:00) and the data comes from India (+05:30)
  In order to show the +2:30 hours I have to set Timezone in the datasources to +05:30 although my database is in Greece(+03:00).

• What happened?
  I cannot have right time between the two queries (one for the graphs and one for the latest values)
  If I set the dashboard time zone to UTC I see the right latest values but my graphs show 2:30 hours back in time.
  And if I set the dashboard time zone to India/Kolkata the graphs are right but the latest values are +2.30 hours

• What did you expect to happen?
  I was expecting to see all the data timestamps right
