We are using 8.4.2 version of Grafana, for a graph visualization we have used the time series panel where if the max value is 1, to adjust the Y-axis scale, the Y-axis values are displayed as decimal numbers, we wanted the Y-axis values to be whole numbers without any decimal places. So, we have set the decimals option to 0. But this will not solve the issue as it just hides the decimal place and the graph apparently displays Y-axis values thrice as shown in the below second screenshot which might confuse the user.
