Time Series - how can i scale the Y-axis to show a range of +8 and -8 relativ from last value (weatherstation-air-pressure)

I’m on v9.2.4

I would like to scale y-axis on timeseries with absolute range (+/-8) from last value. Want to display air pressure from a weatherstation.

Today using time series with automatic scaling. Means that if there was only a change of 1 within the last hours, this jump of 1 is shown over the whole range of the time series… but it should only be a small change within the complete range of 16.
