Can someone help me. I trying to find out if it is possible to get a time series of wind directions (like SW, NNW, etc) in a graph. Maybe a plugin?

Thanks Marcus, impressive display of a windrose but not really what I am looking for.

I am looking for a method to get the winddirection data (SW, NNW etc) in the same timeline as the river waterlevel graph to find out the correlation between the two.
A normal graph is a time line of nummerical data. What I am looking for is a timeline of non nummerical data.
It should be possible I assume.
Just don’t know how to do it.
