Time constraints conflict with library panels

I have a large dashboard displaying data from the last 7 days. It contains many library panels. I now want to add library panels with completely different timeframes. However, these are ignored, and only data from the last 7 days is displayed.

use relative time in query option it override the absolute time.

There is a specific problem. A library panel should only display data from a very specific date (example: 10.11.2021).
