The redirected URL gets decoded after login

Installed Grafana version [8.4.10] on an EC2 Instance. The issue arises when the login screen of Grafana comes. The URL which calls a scripted Dashboard file gets decoded every time the login is done. Tried Grafana version [9.3.0], the issue comes there also.

Can you please us the backend logs as that way we could see some more information as why this is happening?
