What happened? Checks run, but randomly time out throughout the day triggering alerts. Increased timeout for simply 200 check to 10 seconds and it’s still failing. Grafana AI says Fastly is the problem, but all of our sites are working fine and NewRelic is not alerting.

What did you expect to happen? Checks to run successfully. I’m migrating from NewRelic and they don’t time out in that system.

All of my sites throw context deadline exceeded with a 10 second timeout for basic API and WWW 200 response checks randomly. No performance problems experienced for end users and my other synthetics running in NewRelic are fine. Sites are hosted behind Fastly without a WAF. Origin in Fastly is AWS ALB. I’ve had to disable all of my checks due to the volume of 10+ second timeouts. Fastly shielding and ALB are both in US-West so I tried all west Synthetic locations with the same issue. Any ideas? Thanks!
