is there a way for positive and negative values to be scaled identically when use auto decimals,
as you can see positive are scaled to 3 decimals but negative are rounded without any decimal

I’m sorry to disappoint you, but this is not a support service.
This is a group of people who use Grafana, and volunteer to share their
experience in order to help others, when they have time, and because they want
to.
There are several reasons why some questions do not get answered, such as:

nobody else has got quite the same setup as you have, and therefore have no
experience of the problem -
other people have exactly the same problem as you do, but have not found an
answer to it -
other people are busy with their day jobs or the rest of their lives
etc.
For now I’m using an older version and SingleStat but since 7.0 it’s gone.
I’m glad you’ve found a workaround for your problem.
Aside from that, I suggest that if you’re not happy with the level of support
you receive for this product, you apply for a refund of the price you paid for
it (either the support contract or the product itself).
