SLA - wrong values

I would like to display IT Services from Zabbix with Siglestat but Grafana shows wrong value.
I have set up in Zabbix uptime (Mon-Fri, 07-17) and downtime (17-00). I showed IT services as Table and I noticed that in Downtime shows 100 and Uptime shows 0. In Uptime it assumes that it doesn’t work in the whole hour. In addition, it takes values ​​from around the clock to calculate values, not just Uptime.

It shows that in 6:00 and 7:00 service is ok but not true.
Singlestat shows 50% and it should be 0 (the service is not working)

Where is the problem?
