See to Experience a Weird Login Loop if “GF_AUTH_ANONYMOUS_ENABLED=false” set

Run grafana using the following command:

docker run -d -it -p 3000:3000 -e "GF_ALERTING_ENABLED=false" -e "GF_AUTH_ANONYMOUS_ENABLED=false" -e "GF_SECURITY_ADMIN_PASSWORD=secret" -e "GF_SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE=true" --name grafanaexp grafana/grafana:5.3.4

Login. And get a “too many redirects” error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
If, on the other hand, you set GF_AUTH_ANONYMOUS_ENABLED=true, don’t get this error.

Aha! The following works:

docker run -d -it -p 3000:3000 -e “GF_ALERTING_ENABLED=false” -e “GF_AUTH_ANONYMOUS_ENABLED=false” -e “GF_SECURITY_ADMIN_PASSWORD=secret” -e “GF_SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE=false” --name grafanaexp grafana/grafana:5.3.4

i.e. with anonymous disabled, and secure session cookie disabled, all is fine, all works.
