I’ve updated to version 6 to test alerting and found its not supported for Azure Log Analytics.
Will this feature be added at some point?

I’m currently facing the same error and i’m on grafana 6.+
Yes - we will be adding support sometime this year. Hopefully for 7.0 in a few weeks time but it might get pushed to 7.1 (June/July).
