Restful API in text panel

Hi,
I’d like to use HTML in the text panel and use restful API to send some information.
Is it possible to use restful API in the text panel with HTML.

Allow javascript and you are free to work with any API. Example of using Grafana API in html text panel https://github.com/monitoringartist/grafana-utils
