Can I use azure managed prometheus and graphana to output results from k6 operator ?

Did you try to configure it and find any issues? Paul’s operator demo might help guide you. I have not tested all the managed services, so we can’t say. It works with OSS and Grafana’s cloud, as seen in the demo.
