hello we are still testing grafana account for our first application to send into grafana cloud with otel-collector
seeing traces metrics rate limited
is there any limit for incoming data like once a minute
some are once 60secs ,others 30secs ,send rate from otel-collector
rate limited metrics
rate limited traces
