LinkURL seems not to be valid, page shows "no connection to community.grafana.com -

Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.
No error in UI… where do i have to go to view the logs? -
Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?

The link provided by grafana UI was
http://grafana.staged-by-discourse.com/public-dashboards/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with xxx being a long cryptic number.
I am wondering how that link could work from outside when the adress contains the community.grafana.com string.
But that link is also not working from within the same network.
The explanation in the online instructions seemed to be easy… but i do not get a dashboard-link with which i can access the dashboard at all.
Any ideas?
