Provisioning of Unified Alerting

Hi,

I’m wondering, whether provisioning already supports Grafana 8’s new Unified Alerting.

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

    • 8.3.3

  • What are you trying to achieve?

    • provisioning of alert rules

  • How are you trying to achieve it?

    • provisioning

  • What happened?

    • Unified Alerting > Admin provides me with some JSON. I’m unable to understand where to put this and I could not find any documentation on how to use provisioning features for unified alerting. Provisioning documentation only has Alert Notification Channels.

  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?

There’s also a GitHub discussion about enhancing the Terraform provider to support this kind of thing after 8.5.
