POSTGRESQL data source is missing in my dropdown Menu

I’m suprise because I have a working instance of Grafana 4.5.2. and in my data source dropdown menu I don’t have POSTGRESQL in the list ?

Is it normal ? is it a plugin ? But I can’t find it,

The goal is to connect to Redshift db in AWS environnment
